DELIVERY
We will confirm the dispatch of your order by e-mail, we aim to despatch goods in stock within 5 working days. You must inform us within 7 days of the dispatch date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
A signature is required when you receive your order. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order. You agree that proof of delivery a signature of the recipient (or someone on their behalf) rather than a 3rd party supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
